In this process provides a thick layer of copper coating over the target surface. This copper spray metalizing is quite expensive process to do coating with copper wire and powder.
It uses rollers to forward the copper wire in a copper wire flame spray gun. We can push and pull the copper wire in the rollers of the gun in order to set the wire and then fix it. There is a heat source used for melting the metal in the thermal spray guns. For copper metal spray guns both flame and electric arc can be used for melting the copper metal which is mostly in wire or powder form.
